Last week, I made a poll on Instagram, asking my followers if they wanted my favorite chocolate milk recipe. I got six votes for yes, and one vote for no (and for the record, that person said they don’t like chocolate milk! What??!). I drink this chocolate milk about as often as I drink my favorite Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte…it’s that’s good! Not to mention, it’s also got collagen in it, which strengthens connective tissue and adds protein. So, if you like chocolate milk, but you also like to eat (and drink!) healthy, then you’ll want to make this!
Paleo Protein Chocolate Milk
macros: 7 grams carbs, 6.5 grams fat, 12.5 grams protein
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 15-30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass, over ice. Enjoy!
