Why I Workout

I’ve been working out pretty much my entire life, and I’ve always been active in sports. There have been phases where I’ve done workouts daily, and there have been months where I’ve hardly lifted a weight or run a mile. So I’ve seen both sides, and I can tell you from experience that working out is 100% better than not working out.

As far as what counts for a workout, it can be anything active – sports, outdoor activities, the gym, yoga… The point is, move your body! You’ll sleep better, feel better, look better. And you’ll find everyday tasks easier to perform.
